Why Dashboard shows Absent?

System works — but no punch received from device yet. Follow these steps:

  1. Map PIN: Mohamed → Device PIN = 1 (Map PINs)
  2. Qalabka: User ID = 1, face/finger diiwaangashan
  3. Cloud Server: attendenc.saltanat.co.ke, Port 443, ADMS ON
  4. Scan face ama finger qalabka
  5. Hubi Device page — "Recent Punches" waa inuu muujiyaa

Upload files cusub Hostinger, ka dib restart qalabka (power off/on). Kadib scan face/finger.

On the device, set User ID (PIN) to match Device PIN on each employee. Example: Mohamed on device with User ID 1 → Employees → Edit Mohamed → Device PIN 1.
